Metarhizium anisopliae 1.0% W.P

Additri Metarhizium anisopliae 1.0% W.P is a biological insecticide containing spores and mycelium of the entomopathogenic fungus Metarhizium anisopliae. It is highly effective against a wide range of soil and foliage insect pests. The product infects insects on contact, penetrates their body, and causes mortality through fungal growth inside the insect body. The infected insect becomes inactive, eventually dies, and the fungus sporulates on the dead body, helping spread infection to other pests.

Target Crops

Sugarcane, cotton, vegetables, paddy, maize, pulses, tea, coffee, banana, coconut, and other field and horticultural crops.

Dosage & Method of Application

Soil Application:
Mix 2.5–5 kg per hectare with 50 kg of well-decomposed FYM, compost, or vermicompost. Broadcast evenly over the field before last ploughing or at planting.

Seed Treatment:
Mix 10 g of product per kg of seed, coat uniformly, and shade dry before sowing.

Seedling Root Dip:
Mix 10 g per liter of water. Dip roots for 10–15 minutes before transplanting.

Soil Drench / Pit Application:
Dissolve 5 g per liter of water and drench near the root zone of infested plants.

Storage & Safety

Store in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight and children. Do not mix with chemical fertilizers and pesticides. Use the entire pack at once for best results.
